Yin Yoga/Deep Stretch
During Yin Yoga we invite the body to stretch deeply while holding poses (mostly on the floor) for 2 - 5 min. While in the pose, we sometimes use props to better support your body as it opens and is freed from constrictions. With safe stretching, the body gets beyond the muscle tissue into the connective tissue—the fascia of the body—supporting and improving flexibility and allowing the mind to become still.
From beginners to experienced practitioners to athletes, this practice is perfect for anyone who wants to balance body, mind & soul.
Restorative:
With only 5-6 poses held for longer periods of time you’ll restore and rejuvenate body, mind & soul. Using the support of props & therapeutic breathing will help you to relax deeply and release residual tension, creating natural balance and harmony. Nurturing & healing practice.
Prenatal Yoga
Your body holds a fountain of knowledge and wisdom! In our prenatal classes, we’ll remind you of that intuitive space and help you to connect with baby, body, mind & soul. We’ll guide you through therapeutic and specifically developed prenatal poses, support you to become stronger, educate you with evidence based information on pregnancy, and birth and share the importance of the fourth trimester and ‘baby-moon' time.
Also, you'll connect you with other moms who are also entering parenthood. You'll find a supportive, like-minded community and make new friends in a safe and welcoming environment.
The class is designed for all levels and is open to anyone who may wish to practice alongside you and baby!
Gentle Yoga
Combination of gentle basic asanas, combined with Yin and/or Restorative Poses.
